Working culture is good

Hire managers with underwriting experience so they can understand the needs of the team. Make senior management sit down with the underwriters to help them understand what they go through day to day to find ways to help them succeed. Either increase salaries as they are below market rate or decrease workload by hiring more people. The number of hours people are putting in is not sustainable and they will burn out.
