Bilingual Virtual Business Advisor, Business Banking Virtual Advice - Halifax, NS - Bilingual French and English

Location: Please note this position is located in Halifax Nova Scotia, 5251 Duke Street, Duke Towers. It is an in office position. The successful candidate will work within the Virtual Business Banking team as a dedicated virtual advisor for Business Banking clients nationally. Shifts: 10am-6pm.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Virtual Business Advisor, you will manage a portfolio of high-value and complex business banking clients. You’ll provide tailored banking advice and solutions, build strong relationships virtually. Your expertise will help entrepreneurs achieve their goals while upholding Scotiabank’s standards of service and integrity.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business banking clients through virtual meetings and digital communication.
  • Deliver expert advice and support to clients using secure online platforms.
  • Proactively engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for business growth.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and client service in every interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure a seamless, client-focused experience across all channels.
  • Confidently use digital tools and adapt quickly to new virtual platforms and banking technologies.
