Some good people, terrible management.

Very few self respecting people stuck around long due to a variety of reasons. Management treated guards like expendable workers. Scheduling didn't seem to understand the pushback when scheduling guards to work 8-12 hour shifts with only a few hours in between (4-8 hours).I imagine a lot of this is...Show more

Good for part time job or summer jobs as it’s relaxed working environment. Just need to get licensed and shifts were 12 hours and overnight sometimes which makes it hard to have normal sleeping schedule.
