  • Oversee HR systems, reporting, benefits administration, and compliance processes.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations that support informed decision-making.
  • Mentor and develop the Human Resources team while fostering collaboration across the organization.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Experience)

You're a people-first leader who understands that exceptional organizations are built through engaged employees, trusted relationships, and thoughtful leadership. You enjoy partnering with leaders to solve complex people challenges while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You bring:

  • A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
  • A professional HR designation (CPHR, CHRL, or equivalent), considered an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation across New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia.

  • Experience supporting employment-related immigration matters, work permits, international recruitment, and workforce mobility is considered a strong asset.
  • Proven success leading organizational change and partnering with leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and sound decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A collaborative leadership style grounded in integrity, sound judgment, accountability, and continuous improvement.

We offer:
