Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in manufactured homes. In this role, you will guide customers through every step of the home-buying journey—from the initial inquiry to closing the sale. You'll educate buyers on available homes, floor plans, customization options, and financing solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a commitment to helping customers find the right home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist prospective homebuyers in person, by phone, and online.
  • Build strong relationships by understanding customers' needs and recommending the best home options.
  • Conduct model home tours and showcase home features, floor plans, and customization opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare purchase agreements and assist customers throughout the buying process.
  • Coordinate with lenders, manufacturers, and internal service teams to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Actively prospect and generate new leads through referrals, digital marketing, community outreach, and other sales initiatives.
  • Follow up promptly with prospective buyers to answer questions, provide information, and nurture relationships.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM and organizational tools.
  • Stay current on product offerings, pricing, financing programs, and industry trends.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous sales experience is preferred; experience in manufactured housing, real estate, automotive, or other commission-based sales is considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales technology.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Available to work weekends and flexible hours to accommodate customer appointments.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
