Kal you need to pay your Tire Techs a livable wage. You’ll lose all your senior staff, have to rehire rookies and in this you LOSE profit! Great benefits and a promising company, but really needs to pay a higher hourly wage

An incentive program of which is based on job policy, safety and then extra job performance.. if one man can change tires on a truck trailer unit and another man is dedicated but just don't have that extra insensitive to strive performance or stand out, I feel within any company you should be recognized buy what you know and your dedication.. as even field employees every hr trucks make they make... If they get truck hrs they have ensentive to put in that extra as well..
Also sign out shop supplies little cost add fast just a simple inventory and sign out can save thousands of dollars quarterly..

Not very difficult, needs to go thru Mcquaig serves . Store level interview is most easy , depending on hiring for front or back of the house like apprentice, mechanic, tire professionals, sales and service etc. Some easy questions related to the position applied.
