This role is ideal for a skilled writer and strategic thinker who thrives on making complex business topics clear and actionable.

The Opportunity

As an Editorial and Content Strategy Senior Associate, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that’ll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn’t limited to:

  • Content development: Help create web-based thought leadership reports, articles, and other digital marketing content tailored to C-suite and senior business audiences

  • Research: Collect and organize written material from across the network, and help identify key themes and frameworks to provide the foundation for campaigns

  • Competitor analysis: Research what competitors are saying on specific topics and help identify opportunities to differentiate

  • Content review: Review AI-generated content to analyze output against source material, flag verification needs, and enhance brand alignment

  • Team collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships with individuals across marketing and digital teams

  • Governance: Help monitor and document editorial coverage and gaps across growth priorities and industries

  • Campaign administration: Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and invoices with external freelancers

  • Template library: Help build and maintain a reusable library of content templates

What You’ll Bring

Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here's what we look for:

  • Experience in content marketing, journalism, or other content creation

  • Proven experience writing engaging thought leadership or other editorial content for an executive-level audience, ideally in a B2B setting

  • Exceptional English writing, editing, research, and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail

  • Ability to understand and articulate complex business topics across industries

  • Experience using AI tools responsibly throughout the content creation process

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to building a culture of continuous improvement

  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence across teams and levels

  • PwC Canada is committed to cultivating an inclusive, hybrid work environment. Exact expectations for your team can be discussed with your interviewer

  • This is a 10-month full-time contract opportunity

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in recruiting is just getting started, so we know you have questions about how and why we use it. At certain points during our recruiting process, we rely on AI to improve your experience. This could be during resume review or curating personalized job recommendations, asking you clarifying questions via a chatbot or during our interview scheduling to improve your experience. Our use of AI helps ensure we combat bias by evaluating candidates equally and fairly, without seeing identity information, such as your name, or gender for example). AI also helps us better predict successful hires by reviewing all applicants for a role and the relationship between your skills, experience and likely success at PwC Canada. While AI supports parts of our recruitment process, final hiring decisions always involve human review.
