Hiring for Full Time Sales Associates for a shoe store in Nanaimo, BC

Work Hours: Full and Part Time (25-40 hours) a week depending on your availability. Staff must be flexible to work weekdays, evenings and weekends. Need to start right away.

Pay starts at $18.50 per hour and is based on experience.

*Location: Woodgrove Centre, Nanaimo*

A Step Ahead Footwear Inc. is a comfort footwear retailer specializing in selling quality name brand footwear such as Blundstone, Birkenstock, Clarks, Crocs, Rieker, Ecco, Hunter, Native, UGG Australia, Vessi, Doc Martens & Josef Seibel. Locally owned and operated since 1994. We are best known for our wide selection of brand name footwear and top quality service. We have locations in Metropolis @ Metrotown (Burnaby), Coquitlam Centre and Woodgrove Centre (Nanaimo) .

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer service oriented person who has retail sales or customer service experience to join our team. If you love comfortable, name brand footwear and an engaging, stable & caring work environment please apply to join our team.

Staff must be able work on sales floor providing customer service along with receiving and processing of inventory. Starting compensation is based on experience level. Then wage raises are based on employee performance and service over time. Staff discount program is available for store employees. Staff Training is provided.
