The Care Group (“TCG”) offers high quality residential care services to complex care clients in 8 homes throughout the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for Casual Dietary Aide to join our Braddan Private Hospital in Vancouver, B.C. (Central Kitsilano)

Responsibilities:

  • Serve meals in the dining rooms, in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Clean and set up dining tables
  • Uphold our high standards for food safety and sanitation.
  • Listen and make note of residents’ food and drink requests and needs.
  • Assist in the kitchen with; cooking, meal prep, stocking ingredients, dishwashing and maintaining equipment.
  • Communicate with care staff and Dietitian to ensure nutritional goals are being met for each resident.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a care home, hotel/club kitchen
  • Experience in serving specialized and textured diets
  • Food Safe certificate
  • Proof of Vaccination
About:
Braddan Private Hospital is located in Vancouver’s ocean-side community of Kitsilano. It is a wonderful recently renovated home boasting beautiful views of the mountains and ocean through large windows. Beyond great care, residents can also take advantage of convenient access to local shops, restaurants and parks. Braddan Private Hospital works in collaboration with the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority to offer funded beds but also has private pay rooms available.
