We are currently looking for an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to join our team at our Scottsdale locationThis role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in healthcare administration, combining strong communication and organizational skills with an interest in dentistry and patient care.

Why This Role Matters

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for patients considering orthodontic treatment. You’ll help patients understand the doctor’s recommended treatment plan, explain financial options, answer questions, and guide them through the decision-making process with confidence and empathy.

This role goes beyond scheduling and customer service. You will need to learn dental and orthodontic terminology, basic dental anatomy and biology, and how orthodontic treatment works so you can clearly explain treatment recommendations to patients and families. You don’t need to arrive with all of this knowledge, but you do need a genuine interest in healthcare and a willingness to study, ask questions, and apply what you learn.

Training and Development

We provide one-on-one training with an experienced Treatment Coordinator to help you build the knowledge and skills needed for the role. Training will cover our consultation process, treatment terminology, presenting treatment plans and financial options, patient follow-ups, and clinic software.

We’re looking for someone who takes an active role in their learning and is motivated to become a knowledgeable, confident member of our team.

What You Bring

• Experience in sales, customer service, or administration
• Prior experience in orthodontics, dentistry, or a medical office is a strong asset
• Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new software
• A willingness to develop both administrative skills and healthcare knowledge
• Reliable transportation, as occasional travel between our three locations may be required

This is a full-time, in-office position, Tuesday to Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off. There will be occasional travel between clinics required for coverage.
