The Opportunity
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members on strategic and operational quality projects.
- Support quality-related initiatives to maintain product compliance, quality standards, and continuous process improvement.
- Assist in generating essential operational reports, presentations, and documentation for strategic planning.
- Partner with senior team members to identify process improvements and streamline daily operations.
- Gain hands-on exposure to quality tools, systems, and processes within the External Quality organization.
- Participate in cross-departmental initiatives to understand business strategy and multi-functional collaboration.
- You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- You are proficient with office productivity suites (such as MS Office or Google Workspace) for analysis and presentations.
- You demonstrate an understanding of quality standards and compliance relevant to GxP suppliers.
- You have a basic knowledge of standard industry quality frameworks (such as cGMP or ISO standards) or operational excellence concepts.
- Term: 12-month full-time (35 hours per week) internship starting January 2027.
- Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid model: minimum 3 days in office).
