Overview
Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher, where your energy and dedication will help create memorable dining experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, supporting food preparation, cooking, and dishwashing operations. Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to established recipes and menu standards
  • Cook a variety of dishes with attention to quality, presentation, and timely delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware efficiently
  • Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
  • Support menu planning by assisting with ingredient prep and portioning for service
  • Help with catering orders and special event setups as needed
  • Keep workstations organized and stocked to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards
  • Experience working in restaurants or food service environments demonstrating strong kitchen skills
  • Knowledge of culinary practices including knife skills, meal preparation, and food safety regulations
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and serving customers
  • Prior experience in catering or serving is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
