Unfair and unrespectful workplace. Take all the credit to their favorites. Doesn’t show appreciation or give recognition to employees except for their favorites. One way communication is rampant. The old-style "the highway” mindset of management.
High staff turnover
Management is asking employees ( mostly managers in mid level such as DOC, ADOC, Esm's etc ) to complete resident surveys on their behalf to make Sienna homes looks very good and get Government funds. How bad this company can be and its is purely amazing. Wolf sheds his fur but never changes his mind( Sienna is formerly known ans Liesureword as one of the worst companies ever in Canada).

Looks very bad to have Sienna written on your resume. I have deleted it from it to get a job. This is the most worst experience in my working life. Lots of employers knows about Sienna ( formerly Liesureworld) legacy and bad reputation so they dont want bad carma on them, like seriously every interview I had after quitting Sienna ,future employers just nod their head saying they heard how bad Sienna is. Some of them dont wont to hire former Sienna employees in order to keep their reputation good. and I fully agree. Sienna is very bad omen.
Extremely overworked. management doesn't care at all.
Management is awful, and the company doesn’t care about the staff at all... you better not get sick or have children that get sick because it will be your fault every time, they never tell you how well you work but are quick to point out the negative always on your back and never enough staff residents don’t get proper care because your always rushing
Move the head office to Tel Aviv.
Work for 5 people, dont say anything, dont raise questions and shut up.
