Job Description: Production Support Analyst( SQL, WIN, UNIX, PROD Support)

Job Description

We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to join our operations team. The successful candidate will provide critical technical support for production environments| ensuring system stability and compliance with organizational standards.

This role requires strong technical expertise across multiple platforms and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain production systems across Unix| Windows| Mainframe| and containerized environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time| minimizing system downtime Support and manage Stonebranch workflow automation and OpenShift containerized applications
  • Execute and maintain SQL queries and database operations
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell scripting and Python
  • Respond to and resolve compliance and IT risk-related incidents Document issues| resolutions| and maintain knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance
  • Participate in on-call rotation for production support

Required Skills
