I’m a quadriplegic woman in my 30s with two amazing kids, seeking a compassionate, reliable, and creative personal care assistant to join our team and help our family thrive. I’m a university student who mostly studies from home, but will have more on-campus activities next year. I’m looking for someone who can grow with us — someone flexible, proactive, and genuinely invested in making everyday life smoother, easier, and more joyful. My care staff truly become part of the family, so long-term candidates are preferred.

  • Live within 10 km of my home (short commute)
  • Strong enough for manual transfers (approx. 85 lbs / 40 kg)

  • Experience in caregiving helps, but certification isn’t required

■ RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Personal care (including bladder & bowel routines)
  • Manual transfers (no lift available)
  • Childcare support
  • Housekeeping & home organization
  • Meal prep & planning
  • Errands & general assistance
  • Occasionally accompany me to appointments or overnight trips

■ MORE THAN A JOB

This is a high-trust, relationship-based role where communication, teamwork, and flexibility are key. If you’re
