Full job description
Requisition ID: 275727
Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture.
SOAR is Scotiabank’s new graduate experience within the TILT (Talent Incubators for Leaders of Tomorrow) program. It is designed to create a culturally welcoming and supportive environment for First Nations, Inuit, Métis graduates. We recognize the important contributions and etuaptmumk (two-eyed seeing) approach that Indigenous Peoples provide to society and are committed to removing systematic barriers that have made it difficult for Indigenous Peoples to obtain meaningful careers in the financial industry.
Embracing a spirit of growth and learning, SOAR will support you for the first two years of full-time employment and offers additional one-on-one support, programming, and initiatives rooted within Indigenous ways of knowing and being while in your TILT program. Think of this experience like an Indigenous Student Services Center. This experience empowers you with additional skills, allowing you to thrive within the spaces of Scotiabank, Tangerine, and other communities. Whether it be public speaking, community involvement, or those excel spreadsheet formulas, this program will create a pathway to a long-term career with Scotiabank.

- A dedicated Program Manager to support you with your learning, goals, and development.
- Customized workshops, executive masterclasses, leadership courses, learning curriculum and capstone projects.
- Individualized development plans, mentorship, and exclusive access to leaders.
