Job Expectations

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and setting up employee files.
  • Help maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness programs.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Assist with scheduling and operations task.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and assist with resolving HR-related issues.

Hiring Transparency (Ontario ESA Compliance)

This is a not paid co-op position with an immediate start date. The position offers valuable exposure to office administration, scheduling, HR, and operations management within the security industry. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure the efficient operation of office processes.

Expected Hours:

  • No more than 30 hours per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
