Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Student Recruitment Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our programs, building relationships with prospective students, and driving enrollment growth. Your experience in private career colleges and knowledge of regional languages will be key assets in connecting with diverse communities across GTA.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively recruit prospective students by conducting one-on-one interviews, campus tours, and information sessions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, high schools, and employment agencies to generate referrals.
  • Guide applicants through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Achieve monthly enrollment targets in alignment with institutional goals.
  • Represent the college at community events, job fairs, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using a CRM or student information system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to ensure alignment on program offerings and admissions requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in student recruitment or admissions within a private career college in Canada.
  • Location: Scarborough preferred who is also willing to relocate or commute to Etobicoke.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, student information systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Results Orientation: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
  • Legal Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
