Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and self-driven Store Supervisor to operate our Yogen Früz location at Erin Mills Town Centre.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives working autonomously, takes full ownership of operations, and enjoys building a welcoming and engaging environment for guests. This role requires a high level of accountability and commitment to ensuring consistent store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage all day-to-day store operations
• Open and close the location, including cash handling, reconciliation, and bank deposits
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive, welcoming guest experience
• Maintain a high standard of guest hospitality, including proactive interaction and building strong customer relationships
• Prepare and serve products according to brand standards
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering and replenishment
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure health & safety compliance at all times
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure the store is fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing
• Collaborate with management on promotions and operational improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of store management or supervisory experience.
• Experience with staff scheduling, ordering, inventory control, and cash management.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, coach, and manage team performance.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on driving sales and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Ability to oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Reliable and accountable, with a commitment to ensuring the store is open, properly staffed, and operating efficiently during business hours.
• Full availability every day of the week, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as operational needs require.
• Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Erin Mills Town Centre.

Pay: $20.50 per hour
