Job Title: Senior Sales Education Program Advisor
Location: Midtown Toronto, ON
Salary: 35-46 per hour based on experience
Type: 5 Month Contract
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite Midtown Toronto)

Job Summary
Our client, a leading professional regulator is searching for a Senior Sales Education Program Advisor with a sales background who will join their Professional development team and be responsible for contacting members and organizations and providing comprehensive information regarding key professional certificate programs and helping them to make informed decisions on the benefits of these programs.

Responsibilities
  • Responding to member inquiries regarding the application, registration and payment process for select professional certificate programs. Gathering information from members and helping them determine if the program is the right fit for them.
Contacting members and driving enrollment growth
Supporting any corporate training opportunities by speaking with the decision maker, making learning/training recommendations based on their organization needs, confirm all logistical requirements and helping through the confirmation and payment process.

Supporting multi-channel outbound campaigns to drive inquiries and support the conversion process from initial inquiry to registration.

What Makes You a Fit
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration or other field with prior experience working in an outbound sales B2B consultative environment.
Experience in enrollment management or related roles in a professional development or education environment is an asset.
