Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Asset Manager to lead the organization, management, and optimization of our digital assets. In this role, you will oversee the lifecycle of digital content, ensuring seamless access, consistency, and security across platforms. Your expertise will drive efficiency in digital workflows, support marketing and creative teams, and enhance user experience through strategic asset management. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital asset management strategies to organize and categorize assets effectively.
- Maintain an up-to-date digital asset library using advanced tools such as SharePoint, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure assets meet branding standards and are optimized for various channels.
- Utilize data analysis skills to monitor asset usage patterns, identify gaps, and recommend improvements for accessibility and efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of digital assets to ensure consistency, accuracy, and security compliance.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing training on asset management systems and best practices.
- Implement tagging, metadata standards, and information architecture principles to improve searchability and usability of assets.
- Use scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
- Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to track engagement with digital content and inform strategic decisions.
- Perform user research and usability testing to enhance the interface design of asset portals or management systems.
- Assist in developing prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision to improve user experience (UX) and interface (UI).
Experience
- Proven experience in digital asset management or related roles within marketing, creative services, or IT environments.
- Strong data analysis skills with familiarity in SQL or Python for data extraction and reporting purposes.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools including Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, InVision, Visio, Balsamiq or Omnigraffle.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript or Python to automate workflows or manipulate data sets.
- Familiarity with information architecture principles and usability best practices for digital content portals.
- Experience conducting A/B testing and user research to optimize digital asset interfaces and workflows.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design concepts with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams.
- Technical skills in SQL databases or SharePoint for managing large-scale digital repositories.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights that enhance asset utilization.
