Responsible for technical service and coordinating assembly of Home Health Care/Rehab power and mobility equipment with customers and vendors.

Here’s where you’ll have an impact:
Customer Service
- Manage Home Health Care/Rehab Equipment Repairs
- Ensure parts required for repair are in stock
- Perform Custom Modifications – access, assemble, install Scooters/Wheelchairs
- Research parts for quotes for vendors/customers
- Coordinate service department for customer appointments
- Share technical expertise with team and clients
- Maintain inventory records
- Installation of wheelchair accessories
- Provide technical support to Field Service Technicians
- Other duties as assigned by the Rehab Manager
- Adhere to all company Health & Safety guidelines, policies and regulations
- Attend all training and certification courses
- Maintain required certification
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
- Knowledgeable Computer skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Strong communication, customer service
- Strong organizational skills interpersonal
- Knowledge of the experience in the rehab and mobility industry
- High school or equivalent
- Related industry experience
- Two-person lift required for weights exceeding 50lbs
- Physical work including; but not limited to bending, lifting, and reaching
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be bondable and have a clean driving abstract
- Ability to use mechanical tools (repair, adjust wheelchairs & related products)
