As an Area Manager, you are highly motivated, love a challenge, and have excellent communication skills. You are personable, knowledgeable and adaptable to your environment and your homebuyers’ needs. You are an active listener and take pride in helping your homebuyers and your fellow team members.

We Would Love it if You Had These Too:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working as an Area Manager in the new home industry.
  • You are a creative problem solver, someone who thinks outside the box without fear of failure.
  • You respect diversity and deal with sensitive situations with integrity and care.

This is What Your Day-to-Day Could Look Like:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the sales centre and effectively manage the sales process from the point of sale to possession.
  • Ensuring showhomes are presentable and representative of the Shane Homes brand.
  • Write, negotiate and close deals.
  • Exceeding expectations, while showcasing features and benefits to potential homebuyers.
  • Maintain accuracy, control, and flow of all required documentation daily.
  • Research, compile, and develop product knowledge to facilitate the sales process.
  • Actively participate in grand openings and community events.
  • Provide homebuyers with exceptional customer experience by going above and beyond, staying one step ahead of their wants and needs.
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of all Shane Homes Group of Companies home types, offerings, value propositions and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the Online Sales Advisor to actively hunt for new leads and prospects.
  • Select and create spec files based on current area inventory.
  • Prospect leads and maintain a strong referral and realtor base.
  • Work collaboratively with our Marketing Team to develop strong campaigns, while participating in the development of customer engagement through social media strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the sales process is smooth and streamlined from start to finish.
