Straight up questions and answers but they hire people that they know, like a parent ,sibling etc. Small community, outsiders that was not born here font stand a chance at getting hired.

Overall you're treated as a person which is rare for a huge corporation, however some of the training and upper management staff will occasionally have unrealistic expectations (usually regarding sales)

Value my employees and give them credit where credit is due regardless how big or small the task. If I am in charge I would encourage my staff and not criticize my staff behind their back. You can train people but not people with wrong attitude. Your position is given to you so you can lead your team, if you're in a management level, act the part but with proper decorum and professionalism.
