Full job description

Overall Objective:
The Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding partnerships, and delivering exceptional service across a portfolio of accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and plays a key part in launching new programs, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the expansion of Now Prepay’s prepaid solutions in the Canadian market.

The Account Manager Specialist combines a consultative sales approach with strong project management skills and a commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Growth

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to develop and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals highlighting product value and ROI.
  • Work cross-functionally with Territory Managers and Category Managers to drive in-store execution and marketing adoption.

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor account performance, resolve escalations, and ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of prepaid programs.
  • Track and report on key metrics, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with Customer Support and Operations to ensure service excellence and timely delivery of program elements.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Share insights and feedback with leadership to inform strategy and product development.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement and customer-first thinking.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5-7 years’ experience in account management, B2B sales, or channel development
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience working in retail, payments, or prepaid products is an asset
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and client expectations
  • Bilingual in French and English

  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Skilled in assessing client needs, developing proposals, and delivering tailored solutions
  • Analytical mindset with proven data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and derive actional insights. High proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital collaboration tools
  • Effective project management, time management, and prioritization abilities
  • Flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Revenue Performance: Contribute to achieving year-end goals for increased face value sales across assigned accounts.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Identify and execute marketing opportunities that generate incremental sales and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, including store lists and performance tracking, to support proactive growth planning.
  • Collaboration & Execution: Partner effectively with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver on growth initiatives and ensure successful program execution.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
