Overview
Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energy and passion for service will create memorable experiences for every guest. In this dynamic role, you will craft expertly mixed drinks, serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your expertise in beverage preparation, customer service, and efficient operation will be key to elevating our venue’s reputation. Whether in a lively nightclub, upscale restaurant, or elegant banquet setting, your positive attitude and attention to detail will shine through every interaction.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing exceptional customer service that enhances their experience.
  • Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
  • Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with team members during busy periods such as nightclubs or banquet events to deliver seamless service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; hospitality or food service experience is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; retail math and basic math skills are essential for accurate transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while maintaining quality service.
  • Ability to serve alcohol responsibly and adhere to all applicable liquor laws; certifications in responsible beverage service are a plus.
  • Experience with catering events or banquet service is desirable; knowledge of brewing or the food industry is beneficial.
