Brit Town Barrel is searching for a Kitchen hand!

Please note we do not offer relocation assistance. You must have a reliable commute to and from Little Britain

Our Kitchen hands will be hands-on and work as a team with each associate to deliver the perfect guest experience each and every time. At the Brit Town Barrel we promote a culture of continued learning, development and growth of all of our associates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and cook meals as outlined in the menu
  • Use every piece of kitchen equipment properly and safely
  • Ensure consistency of quality, portion control and plated presentation
  • Ensure recipe adherence in kitchen execution of all products served
  • Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year kitchen experience working in a high-volume casual dining restaurant
  • Post-secondary education
  • Excellent knowledge of food, food handling and preparation
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and work with others
