Job Overview

Piper Arms Barrhaven is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bartenders / Servers to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide excellent customer service, take food and beverage orders, and ensure guests have a great dining and bar experience. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Duties

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide friendly, attentive service and check in with guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately
  • Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines
  • Support team members during busy service periods

Requirements

  • Previous serving or bartending experience preferred
  • Smart Serve certification required (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
