Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server/Bartender and become the heart of our vibrant hospitality environment! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change
  • Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, bar stations, and dining spaces in accordance with health regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns efficiently

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy hours
  • Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order calculations
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
  • Experience with serving alcohol responsibly is a plus but not required; training provided if necessary
