Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor/Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent cooking skills, and experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Kitchen Supervisor/Line Cook, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, assist with meal preparation, and ensure adherence to food safety protocols. Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
  • Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality and consistency
  • Serve dishes efficiently and courteously to guests or service staff
  • Assist in training and supervising kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food handling and safety
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times
  • Support meal preparation during busy periods to ensure timely service
  • Enforce food safety practices and proper food handling procedures

Experience
