Full job description

Join the friendly, fast-paced team at Pino’s Pizza Gourmet, one of Stratford’s favourite locally owned restaurants.

We are hiring for the full-time Front Staff Team Member. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, dependable, confident with customers and interested in a stable role.

Restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
  • Take orders accurately by phone and in person
  • Process payments and operate the point-of-sale system
  • Serve food and assist customers in the dining area
  • Package takeout and delivery orders
  • Keep the front counter and dining room clean and organized
  • Restock supplies and complete opening and closing duties
  • Work closely with the kitchen team during busy periods
