Overview

The Operations Representative serves as the primary liaison between franchised locations and the corporate office, supporting multi-unit operations, financial performance, and franchisee relationships.

This role supports brands including Yogen Früz, Pinkberry, Yogurty's, Sweet Jesus, and YEH! Yogurt.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular in-store visits (audits + working sessions) across multiple locations
  • Oversee performance across multiple stores, including sales, labour, and COGS
  • Analyze P&L statements, KPIs, and sales reports to drive improvements
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, OHSA & ESA regulations
  • Provide hands-on coaching to franchisees and store teams
  • Support new store openings, hiring, and training execution
  • Deliver ongoing training and operational support
  • Execute brand rollouts, promotions, and initiatives across locations
  • Assist with local marketing efforts to drive revenue
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with franchisees
  • Resolve franchisee and customer concerns professionally
  • Act as liaison between franchisees and corporate teams

Qualifications (Required)

  • 2–3+ years of multi-unit management experience in QSR, franchise, or fast casual
  • Experience overseeing multiple locations simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of store-level financials (P&L, labour, food cost, sales)
  • Experience with store audits, operations, and team development
  • Food Handler Certification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to travel 100% (field-based role)
  • Open availability (evenings/weekends as needed)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a franchise system working directly with franchisees
  • Background in Business Consultant, District Manager, or Area Manager roles
  • Experience with QSR brands
  • Experience supporting new store openings
