What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Multi-Unit Leader in a high-volume hospitality environment. Bonus points for having both back-of-house and full-service front-of-house management experience.
- A strong business mindset. You know how to drive sales, control costs, and maximise profitability (and have examples from past experience to prove it).
- A people-first leader who can build a strong, motivated team and create an amazing workplace culture.
- Passion for food, flavour, and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
- The ability to hustle, problem-solve, and keep cool under pressure—because let’s face it, peak hour gets intense!
