Full job description

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the daily operation and preparation of food items as well as execution on the grill, fryer, and garnish stations and any other areas of the kitchen. The Manager will support the Chef and Sous Chef and will coordinate all direct supervision of all kitchen positions.

Essential Functions

  • Oversee and participate in food production and preparation
  • Oversee and cook, prep, and expedite during peak meal periods as needed
  • Comply with production quality to ensure our standards are met and assure the same from all kitchen employees
  • Ensure the highest level of food quality, taste, and presentation
  • Oversee work progress to verify conformance to our standards
  • Directly supervise and perform employee performance reviews for; Cashiers, Expeditor/Garnishers, Fryer Cooks, Grill Cooks, and Dining Room Attendant/Kitchen Porters

Knowledge and Skills Requirement

▪ Proficiency in English

▪ Positive attitude, team player

▪ Ability to work well under pressure

▪ Prior foodservice experience

▪ Food Handler’s Certificate
