Full job description

Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, through communication and hospitality.

  • Prepare and serve food.
  • Monitor inventory and supply orders.
  • Clean and sanitize tables and equipment.
  • Answer questions about cocktails, menu items, or special requests.
  • Resolve guest complaints and provide prompt and accurate service information.
  • Complete cash and credit-card transactions.
  • Keep the front of the house clean, by mopping, sweeping, and removing trash.
  • Maintain opening and closing procedures.
  • Set up closing closing setup as needed for events or parties.
  • Handle all guest needs and provide solutions or alternatives in a positive manner.
  • Follow all health-safety regulations, including wear of face mask, gloves, etc.
  • Able to work with others in a team environment to ensure that all guests are treated in a positive manner.

Experience:
1 year minimum in serving or restaurant work environment required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60-$17.61 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lindsay, ON K9V 4T7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
