```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Prep Cook/Line Cook. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of meals, as well as maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.

```Responsibilities:```
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the head chef
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and workstations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation

```Skills:```
- Experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously
