Parallel is a Restaurant and Manufactory of Sesame butter (Tahini) located at the trendy Geary Avenue.

We are looking for a lead server to join our team! We are looking for someone who is energetic, personable and has experience serving in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements and skill sets:

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years serving in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years as a lead server / floor manager
  • Open availability including weekends
  • Able to engage with guests and talk about Parallel's products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ensure food service and quality control
  • Familiar with POS systems and payment terminals
  • Maintain cleanliness of storefront, dining room, and patio
  • Knowledge of food and bar beverages
  • Experience with online reservation systems

Pay: $17.60 plus tips

  • Able to serve in sections of up to 30-40 guests
