Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated Line Cooks and Dishwasher/Prep Cooks to join our dynamic culinary team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced food service environment, contributing to meal preparation and food safety. Ideal candidates will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of restaurant operations. Whether you are experienced or eager to learn, this position provides valuable hands-on experience in the food industry, supporting the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals.

Duties

  • Assist in meal preparation and food assembly according to established recipes and standards
  • Support kitchen staff with food handling, plating, and presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and prepared foods
  • Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service to customers or guests

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a restaurant, food service, or kitchen environment is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving kitchen needs
  • Food handling certification or willingness to obtain one is a plus
