Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Subway Sandwich Artist, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming environment for every guest. As a key member of our restaurant team, you'll craft delicious sandwiches, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food industry skills while working in a fast-paced, energetic setting. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will make a real difference in delivering memorable dining experiences.

Duties

  • Prepare fresh sandwiches and salads according to company recipes and customer preferences
  • Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
  • Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food preparation and serving areas
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy during transactions
  • Assist with food handling procedures to meet safety and health regulations
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Available for Evening & Closing shifts.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, order totaling, and inventory management
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering, or kitchen operations is a plus
  • A proactive attitude toward upselling and enhancing the guest experience
