The Opportunity

We are growing, and we’re looking for motivated, hands-on Installation Technicians to join our team.

This role is a great fit for university and college students, recent grads, or anyone looking to build real-world experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will be out in the field across the GTA, helping customers get connected while learning valuable technical and customer service skills along the way.

What You’ll Do

• Install and activate internet, TV, and phone services in residential and commercial buildings

• Deliver a great customer experience — every interaction matters

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site

• Educate customers on their services and equipment

• Work both independently and as part of a supportive team

• Represent Beanfield with professionalism and a strong customer-first attitude

• Customer-service mindset with great communication skills

• Comfortable with hands-on, physical work and problem-solving

• Willingness to learn — no extensive experience required

• Valid G driver’s license
