Full job description

Building Manager / Cleaner – Brand New Residential Strata

  • Location: Port Coquitlam
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 25 hours per week
  • Start Date: October 10
  • Pay: $23 per hour
  • Flexible schedule initially to accommodate building move-ins

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, lobby, elevators and amenity areas
  • Coordinate resident move-ins
  • Program and manage resident fobs
  • Coordinate access for trades, contractors and service providers
  • Conduct regular building inspections and report deficiencies
  • Respond to resident questions and building requests
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance as required
  • Monitor common areas and ensure the building is clean, safe and presentable
  • Maintain basic building records and logs
  • Communicate with the strata manager, residents and service providers

Requirements:

  • Previous strata building management experience is required
  • Previous cleaning experience required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, organized and able to work independently
  • Comfortable dealing with residents, contractors and trades
  • Must be comfortable performing regular cleaning and light maintenance duties

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
