Why do I need driers license

If you are a CMHW you really don't need a car. Just at first to submit your driver's abstract and yearly submission. You have the right not to drive clients in your car but you only find that out once you are working. However if you're hired for enhanced it would be very tricky to start at 7 am or be off by 11pm and take the bus. If you live close to the residences you'd be okay .

Hire more front desk attendants to manage office work. Hire 2 security guards at every location to deal with undesirable guests and to respond to violent incidents. Hire a nurse for each location to respond to medical emergencies and medication issues. All positions need to be 24/7. If this was done, the turnover for CMHWs would be much lower and they could focus on client support, rehabilitation and bond with the clients. This would in turn be beneficial to clients as they're more likely to engage in change behaviours if they have more opportunities to build trust with CMHWs (which would support the philosophy of PSR and trauma informed care approach which are the companies mandate)

Are the clients youth or adults?

Adults and young adults
Answered 16 November 2019
Poorly, management are out of touch with front line workers and the challenges. In some of the low barrier housing, aggression and violence is almost day to day and very little is done to support staff in that area The answer above is comical and was probably written by someone in management
