Full job description

Support Worker

We are looking for caring and dependable Support Workers to assist individuals in home care, assisted living, and healthcare settings. The role focuses on promoting client comfort, safety, independence, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, daily activities, and mobility support
  • Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
  • Monitor client well-being and report any concerns
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
  • Work with healthcare professionals and families to support care plans
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Experience in caregiving, senior care, home care, or similar settings preferred
  • Knowledge of disability support, dementia care, or assisted living is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care
  • Ability to assist with mobility needs and light housekeeping tasks
  • Understanding of basic healthcare practices and client safety

Pay: $68,500.00-$75,500.00 per year
