Join our dedicated team at Mainland Sleep Diagnostics, where we specialize in providing top-notch care for patients with obstructive sleep apnea. We’re looking for a motivated and driven Clinical Assistant to support our operations and assist in medical equipment sales.

Job Overview:

As a Clinical Assistant, you’ll play a key role in both clinical and sales aspects of our practice. You’ll assist with patient care, manage administrative tasks, and help patients choose the right medical equipment to improve their sleep quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient intake, including collecting medical history and updating records.
  • Support sleep studies and other diagnostic procedures under the guidance of our healthcare team.
  • Guide patients in selecting and purchasing sleep-related medical equipment, such as CPAP machines and accessories.
  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and processing payments.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare is a plus.
  • Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with sleep disorders and related medical equipment is a bonus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales experience is an advantage!
