Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an interest in technology sales and B2B interactions. Bilingual proficiency in French is a plus. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions through effective communication.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying potential client opportunities and assisting in outreach efforts.
- Manage customer accounts by maintaining accurate records and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist in conducting analysis to identify sales trends and opportunities for growth.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales pipelines.

Requirements
