Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential to ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold high standards of hygiene and food safety. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. The Dishwasher position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing excellent customer service and culinary experiences.

Duties

  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly
  • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and work areas in accordance with health and safety standards
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and cleaning workspaces
  • Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations
  • Support the kitchen staff by managing the timely cleaning of dishes during busy service hours
  • Follow proper waste disposal procedures and maintain recycling protocols
  • Restock dishware and utensils as required for daily operations
