Location: Deep Roots Massage Therapy (Bridgwater, Winnipeg)
Hours: Daytime, Evenings and possible weekends, with additional floating hours offered

About the Role

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a full-time and/or part-time basis. This role is essential to ensuring smooth clinic operations and providing an exceptional experience for our clients from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Patient Bookings: Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and changes using clinic software.
  • Insurance Billing: Process direct billing accurately and efficiently, addressing any client questions or issues.
  • Schedule Optimization: Coordinate appointment times to maximize therapist availability and clinic flow.
  • Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Support therapists and management with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service, wellness reception, or healthcare administration (preferred).
  • Knowledge of direct insurance billing is an asset (training available).
  • Strong computer skills; experience with scheduling or booking software preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, and time management skills are an asset.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional floating hours.
