Being over worked, and under paid. Not being given extra time to mark homework.

Not to go because I had a hard time to get a job after and no help either. just phone calls and sending info no actual help

Really enjoyed working the Monday to Friday, to help students. I learned a lot about how to reach different people, and what helps them to understand what they are being taught. I believe the team I worked with had a lot of insight on what would work best,
The President (CEO) was a great person that we respected.

CDI is always hiring!! The high turnover is a big sign of what a terrible place it is to work! The "old timers" have 3 - 4 years there.

Spoke with the Campus Director and was hired the next day. Then found out how desperate they were to find anyone so everyone had left

Avoid working for this “so-called “ school at all costs!

They are more concerned about the bottom line than creating a positive culture! People are fired at the whim of management and so there is zero job security!
