Eagle Creek Medical Clinic is seeking a highly experienced, organized, and energetic Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our team supporting a busy physicians’ practice., so we are looking for someone who is exceptionally patient, detail-oriented, and confident in managing diverse and often demanding medical needs.

This position is available immediately. The successful candidate will work full-time

Position Details

  • Part-time position
  • Monday–Friday (schedule may vary)

Key Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicating with patients (including answering phones in a professional and timely manner)
  • Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
  • Performing reception and front-desk duties
  • Preparing and assisting with exam rooms
  • Managing general administrative office tasks
  • Processing private billings
  • Handling fax communications (FaxTake or similar systems)
  • Scanning and organizing medical documents
  • Triaging patients appropriately

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous Medical Office Assistant (MOA) experience required
  • Familiarity with OSCAR EMR is an asset
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional and respectful when interacting with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Reliable, dependable, and flexible with scheduling
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
