Job Summary
Are you highly organized, professional, confident with technology, and looking for more than just a front desk position?

Peak Vitality Healthcare is a rapidly growing multidisciplinary clinic in Victoria, BC, offering Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Osteopathy, Counselling, and other health services.

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Receptionist with the opportunity to grow into a Clinic Manager role over time.

This is not simply a reception position. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, supporting a busy healthcare team, and growing professionally within our organization.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
  • Schedule and manage appointments using Jane App
  • Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries
  • Process payments and direct billing submissions
  • Assist with insurance claims and follow-up
  • Support practitioners with scheduling and room management
  • Perform administrative and data-entry tasks
  • Assist with clinic operations and organizational projects
  • Help improve systems and workflows
  • Take on increasing responsibilities as skills and experience develop

Ideal Candidate

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in a healthcare clinic, medical office, or professional office environment
  • Experience using Jane App is strongly preferred
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and solve problems proactively
  • Professional, reliable, and mature
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Interested in long-term career growth

Requirements

  • Must already be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen preferred
  • Applicants requiring employer sponsorship will not be considered
  • Must live within approximately 60 minutes driving distance of our clinic
  • Available for some evening and/or Saturday shifts if required

Growth Opportunity

The person selected for this role will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership position within the clinic.

As Peak Vitality Healthcare continues to expand, the successful candidate may progress from Receptionist to Senior Administrative Coordinator and eventually Clinic Manager, based on performance, initiative, leadership skills, and commitment to the organization.
