• Medcentre Health operating since 2012 and provides excellent healthcare services in Urgent Care Centre, Walk-In Clinic, Women's Health Clinic, Family Clinic and Pharmacy. Our team of physicians, clinical and management staff belong to diverse communities, and serves a diverse patient population, and we are in the process expanding and modernizing further.

About the Role

• We are now building a stronger corporate structure and expanding into Healthcare Technology, Comprehensive Healthcare Services and international markets. We are looking for an ambitious, organized and passionate about technology to grow with us from the scratch.
• After 2 years with us, eligible employees can receive support with their Permanent Residency (PR) applications.
• The Management Associate will work directly with CEO & the Management Team,
• This is a genuine career-track role for recent graduates (within the last four years). You will start with a three-month paid internship, followed by a structured development program designed to prepare you for a Manager position within three years. High performers who meet the requirements can progress to an Executive role with profit-sharing within five years.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Management, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Familiarity with General AI Assistants (For Writing, analysis, planning) - Claude, ChatGPT and Google Gemini & Microsoft 365 Copilot / Gemini for Google
• Excellent knowledge with QuickBooks online (Certifications from Intuit (Quickbooks) necessary)
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) & Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) expected during the First 6 months of your career.

• Enthusiastic about participating in corporate meetings, seminars, and conferences, with a strong aspiration to grow into an executive role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in technology, process improvement and digital transformation.
• Professionalism and the ability to handle confidential patient and corporate information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience Preferred (Assets)

• Familiarity with (for meetings & Communication) Zoom, Teams & Otter.ai.
• Social media, digital marketing or content creation experience.
• Internship, co-op or work experience in any corporate setup.
• Experience with project management, workflow automation or business analysis tools

Responsibilities (After necessary training, but within one year):

Corporate Affairs:

• Support leadership in building the modern corporate structure
• Prepare agendas, minutes, resolutions and follow-up actions for board and management meetings.
• Maintain corporate records, contracts, licences and registrations, and track renewal and compliance deadlines.
• Help draft and update corporate policies.
• Coordinate with external advisors, including lawyers, accountants, consultants and regulators, on corporate, licensing and compliance matters.
• Corporate communications like announcements, newsletters, press releases, and website and social media content.
• Help with partnership, joint venture and agreement processes, including due diligence checklists, document collection and term tracking.
• Support community relations, corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and the Annual Award Ceremony.

Project Management:

• Coordinate strategic projects such as new clinic openings, new service lines, health technology initiatives and international expansion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies and investor presentations for new ventures.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and measure results against goals.

Automation & Digitalization:

• Assess current workflows (appointment booking, patient intake, billing, records, communications, HR and administration) and identify opportunities for automation.
• Research, evaluate and compare third-party solutions (e.g., EMR enhancements, online booking, virtual care, patient messaging, e-forms, HR/payroll and analytics tools).
• Support staff training and adoption of new digital tools.
• Measure the impact of digital initiatives (time saved, cost, patient satisfaction) and report results to leadership.

Strategic & Business Development:

• Conduct market research to support expansion into health technology, comprehensive healthcare services and international markets.
• Assist with business plans, feasibility studies, budgets and presentations for leadership.
• Support marketing, social media and patient communication initiatives to strengthen the Medcentre Health brand.

Operations Management:

• Support leadership in the day-to-day management of all clinics and service lines (urgent care, walk-in, women's health, family practice and pharmacy).
• Coordinate physician and staff schedules
• Monitor patient flow, wait times and service quality to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards and KPIs (patient volumes, billing, staffing, inventory) for management review.
• Help ensure operations comply with applicable healthcare regulations, privacy legislation (including PHIPA) and internal policies.

Compensation & Career Path:

• Internship -3 months - $20 per hour
• Management Associate - After Internship - First year-$22.00 - $25.00
• Management Associate – Years 1-3 - $25 - $30 per hour (Or Fixed monthly pay) plus Annual Performance bonus
• Manager – Year 3-5 - $35 - $40 per hour (Or Fixed monthly pay) plus Annual Performance bonus
• Executive Manager – In 5 Years - $40 per hour ( or Above $80,000 per annum) plus Eligible for company profit-sharing

• At least one day off during weekend
• When required, to support clinic operations or special projects, expecting flexiblity during weekends & evenings. But no night shift.
