Summary

Join AdMore Lighting Inc. as a Motorcycle Technical Support & Retail/Dealer Support Specialist in Calgary. In this role, you will be essential in providing technical assistance and support to our retail and dealer partners and customers, ensuring they maximize the safety solutions we offer. Your expertise will contribute directly to our mission of enhancing rider safety worldwide.

Responsibilities

Customer & Dealer Support

  • Provide technical support to customers and dealers via phone, email, online chat, and other communication channels.
  • Assist with product selection, fitment verification, installation guidance, and troubleshooting.
  • Support dealer partners with technical inquiries, product knowledge, and warranty-related questions.
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and solution-oriented customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer and dealer interactions.

Technical Assistance

  • Apply motorcycle service and repair knowledge to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve technical questions.
  • Assist in developing technical documentation, FAQs, installation guides, and support resources.

Product Installation & Testing

  • Occasionally install and test motorcycle electrical accessories, including lighting systems, power distribution products, auxiliary horns, and related equipment.
  • Evaluate product functionality and installation procedures.
  • Provide feedback to improve product support and customer experience.

Events & Industry Support

  • Represent the company at some trade shows, dealer meetings, and industry events as required.
  • Assist with product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Support dealer training and customer engagement activities.

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience as a motorcycle technician, powersports technician, or similar technical role.
  • Strong understanding of motorcycle electrical systems and aftermarket accessories.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with email, online support platforms, and common business software.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally.

Preferred

  • Experience providing dealer support or technical customer service.
  • Powersports industry certifications or related training.
  • Experience attending trade shows or customer-facing industry events.
  • Familiarity with motorcycle accessory installation and electrical diagnostics.

Work Arrangement

  • Part-time position.
  • Primarily remote work environment.
  • Occasional travel to the office for meetings, product testing, training, installations, and team collaboration.
  • Occasional travel to trade shows, dealer events, and industry functions.
