About the Role

As a Systems Support Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our internal IT systems to ensure they operate securely, efficiently, and reliably across our organization. You will take ownership of projects that enhance workflows, implement new technologies, and optimize processes, making a direct impact on how our teams work every day.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Respond to daily IT support tickets and email requests related to incidents, service requests and troubleshooting needs.
  • Provide onsite and remote support for user devices, applications, and network connectivity across corporate offices and retail locations.
  • Support configuration, troubleshooting and user provisioning in the 8x8 VoIP phone system.
  • Perform iQmetrix (RQ) programming activities such as maintaining security roles, updating carrier pricing, and supporting operational workflows.
  • Provide upper management with ad hoc reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Lead or support projects that develop and improve procedures for new technologies, applications, and business processes.
  • Maintain accurate hardware, software, and asset inventory records.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance IT ticketing workflows and improve service efficiency.
  • Contribute to system implementations and initiatives to enhance IT infrastructure and workflows.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, functions, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of Power Automate, including building, maintaining and troubleshooting automated workflows and integrations.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft technology stack, including Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Teams Admin Center, SharePoint and Azure.
  • Previous Experience in Help Desk Support
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project planning skills.
  • Experience with 8x8 VoIP, iQmetrix (RQ) Sales Management and previous telecom industry experience are considered strong assets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to balance operational workload with project-based workload and prioritize accordingly.
